    1. I admire the ability to reinvent itself of these guys. It is a great challenge for an artist to wake up in the morning and try to be someone else, to change the processes and themes of their respective arts. The style will always be present, it is something immutable. The artist is always struggling with what he does, suffers and hates his work after finishing it, so that changes are innevitables, as the passage from youth to adulthood.
People are influenced to always consume the same things. Here in Argentina all under power metal bands sound like Helloween even in 2016, it is very sad. An artist has to do what he likes, going against all who criticize mediocre with bad intentions. Queen was criticized when it launched Hot Space but today is a beloved album. Time will do justice to Sonata.

  5. which position you and the rest of the band on faith and religion? type in the music you guys have spent a good message ... I am a Christian and yet I have heard you guys since the time of the ' ' Winterheart 's guild ' ' I'm a fan since ... that God bless each one of you guys please answer my question

  6. I'm not going to speak on behalf of anyone else regarding faith and religion. My personal position is that believing in something is essential for us humans, be that the toothfairy or some of the gods or whatever. Organized religion however has caused more wars, death and destruction of beautiful things than anything else so I think it's fair to say that I'm not a fan...not by a long shot.

  7. Really liking the new single! Have it on repeat at the gym. Very progressive with some Unia vibes to it. Favorite part is the bass line though. Not downplaying the rest of the band, but Pasi is kicking ass and taking names! :-)

  8. Thank you for all the updates, and that great interview you gave on Eurometal express show the other day.. interesting & witty :) I was wondering, is ToxicAngel behind the beautiful artwork for the video, and who thought up the concepts behind it? fantastic song, as well, really makes me curious about the rest of the album

    1. The video was made by our label so I have no idea about who came up with the concept, I do think that it fits the song however.

  10. Henkka , how organized the songs to be performed live , you guys choose the easiest or are those that stand out for the band ? I mean ... I've never seen you guys playing Wrecking The Sphere , Wildfire and The Ruins Of My Life ... are good songs ... I wish u tell me about ... see you on tour ... at least those arrive in North America

    1. Well we haven't played Wrecking the Sphere live, also we don't usually play the bonus tracks live. I think we did Wildfire and Ruins a couple of times back in the day. We usually try to pick a setlist that somehow represent the different sides of the band, sometimes it works and sometimes not....it's a work in progress to find a great setlist and it does get harder every time since there's more music to choose from with every album. Let's see what we'll play on the next world tour.
